  This is the best place to get a key! Home Depot will tell you they can do house keys, etc. but there are house key types that they can't handle and it's not worth messing with. These guys know everything - they'll tell you all the options for car keys, house keys, etc. and the service is great.

  When I bought a 183,000 mile Lexus, the dealer handed me a key that was taped together, and there was no spare. A quick stop at Glens and I had 2 keys laser cut with working transponders/remotes. Service was great for me and I observed several staff giving other customers excellent service while I was being taken care of.

  I work for a property management company (300 units managed by us) and often use Glen's keys to make large amount of key copies, Earlier today I asked for 4 keys to be copied, 20 copies for each (80 keys all together). I also asked 3 locks to be made for 3 of the keys. Came back after an hour and received the keys, decided to try some of the copies to the locks... nearly half of the copies did not work properly. Some of the bad keys won't turn smoothly, other ones will get stuck and won't come out, some will turn in one direction but not the other. The employee didn't believe me at first but after I showed him he ended up throwing away about 30% of the copies and made new ones. I had issues in the past with copies made here at Glen's but it never occurred to me that they will sell bad copies, so I always blamed the locks and not the keys. One of the sets of 20 keys had 8 bad copies, that is just not acceptable, given the price I pay for a copy. Also I noticed that the keys made at Glen's are of very soft material and bend easily. I have 2 other co-workers who can confirm all the difficulties we have been experiencing with copies made at Glen's keys for the last 2 years.
