  Charged me $160 to drill through my front door lock without even an attempt to pick it. Guy was very pushy and I was home alone so I didn’t feel like I could tell him to say no. I’d locked myself out of my house and they didn’t even attempt to make sure the house was mine with any verification like checking for a lease or the address on my driver’s license. Theoretically somebody could pay these guys to just break and enter somewhere. Tried to sell me a new doorknob for $70 and got super pushy with me when I said I’d go buy one myself. Would never call them again and do not recommend anyone call.

  The man who "helped" me yesterday showed up about 2 hours later than he said he would. He then spent 4 hours on my car when it supposedly was an easy fix. He made a joke about just "giving me the tip" when handing me the broken piece of the key. He continuously told me how he was doing so much and should have charged me more. He then showed up at my job and didn't tell me he didnt fix it until after I paid him. I had to go into another locksmith and had a key made that worked instantly. But my biggest problem is he told me he had to take apart my ignition to get the key remnants out and now my radio, heater and ac do not work. It's like the whole center console is shut off. I will be calling corporate but this was just so unprofessional and ridiculous.

  It took them 50 minutes to arrive, and they charged me $220 just to get into my car. Took a long time just to figure out my address, which I was very clear about. There are many other faster and cheaper locksmiths out there.
