  I was having an awful night with having a family emergency that caused me running to the ER. After over 4 hours at the hospital we were finally able to leave only to find the car was dead. 3 other tow companies told me no in the middle of a cold winter night. Finish Line Towing was the 4th company I called, and they were quick to respond even with only one driver on shift. The dispatcher was amazingly patient, polite and sincere while the driver, Mitch, was friendly, energetic, and a breath of fresh air after a stressful night. The entire experience took under an hour and I will use them any time I or a friend need help. Highly recommend.

  Last night the wheel of our SUV fell off. Needless to say, it was shocking and scary! We have AAA and they sent out a tow truck. How lucky we were that it was Darnell in a Finish Line tow truck! He was like our knight in shining armor! It certainly was a difficult tow job, since one of the front tires was off, but he quickly and efficiently got it done. Can’t stress enough how his calm and friendly manner made us feel better. Thank you Darnell and Finish Line!

  I called AAA and requested a new battery. Almost immediately Mario called and gave me an accurate arrival time. Mario tested my battery two different ways and he gave me the CHOICE to purchase a new battery or charge the old one. He was not trying to make a sell. I played it safe and then he changed my battery while it was running so nothing reset. He did all this in 40 rainy March weather. Very pleased with him, AAA, and Frontline Towing.
