Everything happened just as was explained to me and all promises were kept.  I had my car unlocked in less than 45 minutes and the Packers won.  My day was saved!

Surprisingly easy and very fast.  It saved me a trip to a hardware store to get a key made.  I would definitely use this kiosk again!

I have a key that must be hard to copy. I tried several "Key Machines" and the key would work, but you'd have to jiggle it around to get the lock to open or close. I thought I'd try KeyMe and the machine told me that my key was not a common key and it could not be made by the machine. It would have to be cut and mailed to me. Now I know they were lying. I have very common key. But I tried it anyway. I did get the key in the mail. And It works perfectly. So thank you KeyMe. I give only 4 stars because of the initial lie. If they would have just said we cut keys and mail them to you, it would have been 5 stars.

Unsucessful 07' Buick Lucerne key. Did take my phone number for a locksmith to call but that will cost more than kiosk but less than dealer.
Follow up. National rep called but they have not set up locksmith service here

Super easy and my key came within 4 days, works like a charm.

Very easy and convenient! Keys are more expensive than traditional places but it’s much quicker.

This was first time to use the KeyMe, but it was very convenience. I could easily order my duplicate key.
