  Christopher was very knowledgeable and professional. Although the reason for the service call was due to my inexperience of how the locking mechanism functioned, he took the time to explain how to properly operate the locking device. Then continued on to inspect, tighten and lubricate all locking hardware. I will definitely use The Flying Locksmiths for my future security needs.
