  I called to get my car unlocked and a key replacement. They got out here very fast and had everything done in under 10 minutes. Very friendly and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

  Quick and Professional service. My daughter lost her car keys (this was in the evening) I called and they were there within 30 minutes, made the new key and my daughter was on her way. I will use them again Highly recommend.

  BEWARE!! I called this place earlier today to get a quote because I locked my keys in my Mercedes. The first quote I got over the phone was 85 dollars which I agreed to then the “technician” called me back to tell me he’d have to manually pick the lock on my car for some reason and it would be 150 dollars. I ended up calling pop a lock and they were able to open my car without manually picking the lock for 55 dollars. Call pop a lock ! These people will try to take advantage of you if you have a nice car.

  Ma'am I'm sorry for your experience. We don't like to surprise our customer with the price on the spot and that is why tech called you immediately with updated price. We tell our customer the exact price before we come. And yes on some new expensive cars like your Mercedes we prefer to pick the door lock vs to put slim-jim or air wage to the door and may scratch the door, influence the wind that's get inside the car (noise) or damage the electric inside the door. Happy it work out for you.
