  I had an emergency re-key situation and they sent out a tech within 24 hours and totally accommodated my schedule. Great business and would happily use again! The tech came out and was super professional and made it quick. They take all forms of payment, which is a plus. Thanks Don’s!

  I want to highly recommend Pop-A-Lock for their immediate and timely response to me being locked out of my car. The technician who arrived was Sam, he was very friendly and professional. He just had a demeanor that made me feel at ease and not alone. I had opened my trunk to put away my work bag, then decided to take my sweater/jacket off and put my purse in the trunk to remove my sweater, at which I closed the trunk and my purse and keys were left locked inside. I felt like such an idiot. Anyways, he was able to quickly unlock my car which was awesome, but my purse and keys were still in the trunk/hatch in my MINI Copper. Even though my door was open, my lock system was disabled and would not open or release my hatch door. Sam could have left me there to figure out how to get in my trunk, but he was so kind to stay with me and helped me get to my keys and on my way. He was not leaving until I had my keys in my hot little hands. We ended up having to pry up the trunk deck lid so I could reach through and release the backseat and get to my keys. Yay, I was finally on my way home and I was super thankful to Sam for being there for me in my time of need.

  I called Don’s out for a house call this morning at 8:50, and just got my keys in hand in under an forty five minutes! Both over the phone and in person they were professional and quick! I will definitely call or visit when my next keys needs arise!
