My boyfriend and I aren’t from this area and we got into an accident on the 60 highway so we called a random place with good reviews and we are so happy we chose InstanTow! He’s the coolest and nicest guy, he got to us pretty quick considering we were on a busy highway with only 2 lanes and lots of traffic, he’s great conversationalist, and enjoyed the ride back to Orange County. We were so caught up talking we forgot we were in an accident lol. 11/10 recommend!!!

Asked Ivan to tow my car to a shop from my house. He was very nice, professional and friendly. Responded very fast and scheduled it with me for the next morning as I hoped for. Was the cheapest option I could find ($10-$20 cheaper than others). The next morning, my family member let me use their AAA insurance for a free tow instead, though some of us can't afford that luxury haha. I let Ivan know as soon as I found out and he was extremely cool about it, even thanked me for letting him know. Even though I never had him actually tow my car, he has great customer service 👍
