Went in today to ask if he could recreate a broken key of mine, within 5 minutes he had given me a replacement. Very friendly, great business!

Still working with them to get my door fixed, but so far they are amazing.  Fully recommend for all lock issues.

Dan's are really good guy especially when it comes to doing locks and everything he goes out of your way to do it and make it right he's a pleasure to work with just right back to you

Rude, short, inconsiderate & unprofessional.
I'm disabled & have trouble moving & holding things & I purchased several small key chains. I had to ask him for a bag since he didn't bother putting my items in a bag for me. He acted like I was troubling him for asking for one!

Also, he couldn't make a copy of the safe key I have which is why I went there. When my caregiver inquired about the price of two of the safes he had displayed, he said those two were already sold. My caregiver was interested in purchasing a safe like those but the guy never told us what they cost! I guess we didn't look like we could afford a safe or we didn't have anything of value to put in one!
I will never go there again & I'm telling everyone about how we were treated by the employee!

I am sorry you had a bad experience with our office. I will make sure we address this
