  Had to have my key fob programmed for my car. Entire process took about 5 minutes. Less than a 3rd of cost going to the stealership. Julio was very helpful and professional. Great place to get your key fob reprogrammed!!

  Our deadbolt that we had installed just over a year ago failed. Things happen, we called and they had someone out same day and fixed it at no charge. If you're going to do business with someone you want people who will stand by their product and service. They will ALWAYS be our first call when it comes to needing a locksmith!   Needed a physical key cut and transponder key coded for a 2015 car. Called them to confirm they were able to do it for specific year and model. On none of the three occasions I talked to them did they state they needed information from the dealer to do so and it turns out some of this is not information that anyone is able to provide (and is a number which may not exist). When I returned to the store after going to the dealer, they did manage to cut the physical key, but were completely unhelpful with regard to the separate code they informed me they needed for the transponder when I got there. A code which multiple dealers state does not exist. They declined to do anything to help and one of the staff was downright rude when his colleague asked him if they were able to help me, saying they had no interest talking to anyone to try and resolve the issue. It turns out this code isn't available (I called multiple dealers who all stated that it didn't exist) - then another locksmith informed me his coding software does not require a code and is able to code the transponder key without this alledged number.

  Hi Katherine - We’re sorry to hear you did not have a great experience. I am not familiar with your specific situation, but I do understand how frustrating it can be to need a key for your vehicle. Some transponders can be programmed without the vehicle present while others require the vehicle to be present for the programming to happen. I do apologize if this was not explained clearly and if you felt our staff was rude.
