I called the place looking to get replacements of my car keys. The woman answering the phone was pleasant to talk to. As I arrived they quickly took care of my key. I lost the original so they made a replacement from a copy and it works great. They even adjusted the lock on my door so that there wouldn't be any tightness when I turn the key to unlock, for a small fee. Definitely will return, good job Curley's team!

I got locked out of my car yesterday and gave these guys a call. I had somewhere to be and these guys come out 15 minutes after I called them which was great. The price is a little high but it's one of those things that you can't really comprised on if you can't wait and have somewhere to be. The guy came off as a little rude as he seemed to be screaming then he said he was half deaf which makes sense. Anyway their promptness was great.

Tonight at 12 am,my son left the keys in the house and then left the door locked behind him. I looked up the nearest locksmith and found this great service which was very fast and convenient. Also the man who helped us was very friendly and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

I had an issue with my lock so I called Curley. He installed the lock over a year ago but was out on holidays. However, he called back within a few min, asked me to send him a picture of the lock, and then told me I could fix it quickly myself but he was happy to take a look when he came back. I was able to fix it in just a couple of min. Great customer service!!

Best key shop in Pomona hands down. Great customer service, good quality keys, and fair pricing.  All key needs if Curleys can't fix it or make it...no one can.

He was a PROFESSIONAL. Very thorough and provided a ton of knowledge of different grades of locks and additional gadget to make it more safe and convenient. On time, professional, friendly, billing estimate communicated over the phone was accurate. My front door was open in a few minutes.

Look no further and just hire!!

they was very helpful for the questions an the employee was very helpful in finding out what I was asking an got the answers fast an had the smile to want to help all in all I will be back there my friends uncle had gone there years ago and it was the first place he could think of to help with the questions I had an im happy with them

discovered curly lock & key was our local mul-t-lock expert and after meeting him we were impressed with his knowledge and expertise. we hired gabriel and he has done an amazing job and was a pleasure to work with. his prices were fair and his work product is excellent. we highly recommend gabriel lock & key, a great bay area company.

I wanted to rule out a problem & I felt judged by doing so. I’ve always had electrical problems on my car since it left Alaska. Always the wierdest things. But- I was not impressed by the attitude of my tech. He was rude over the phone and when he arrived. He was right and that was fine. I even gave him a you told me so. But he had a job to do. And I’m paying for it either way. You could tell it felt like I was wasting his time and he didn’t want to be there. I even drove to the Ontario location just to see if they could rule it out.  However, I will say- the manager/owner was very accommodating. She offered to give me a discount and provided excellent customer service. This is not a review to ward off shopping here. I am impressed by the owner, but if you get a grumpy tech maybe give him a cookie first.
