  My company has been using County Lock for years. It recently changed owners and I decided to return and try them out but per my phone interaction it was not very helpful at all and made me feel like I was bothering / annoying them by calling and asking them what was a good time to come in. I understand I’m not there to make friends, hang out or have everyone always smiling and happy but I expect them to at least be polite. Each time I drove down there they were closed, against what the phone message, google or door sign said. I was very disappointed because I really liked conducting my business there. So I ended up going to Rex Locks and they took my business and were extremely helpful, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I’m not sure if I will be bringing my companies business back to C.Lock.

  I have been going to this place for 12 years. They have good prices and can do everything with keys. This really is the best lock and key place in our area.

  I needed a copy of a car key made...if anyone has experienced getting a car key made, it is a major hassle. I felt like every company I talked to was licking their chops to charge me as much as possible for a simple job. I almost didn't even call county lock and key, it was a little bit of a drive for me and the last business on my list. I'm SO GLAD I did. The person I worked with was straightforward and honest. The price was reasonable. Put simply, they do good business. If you need any keys made PLEASE reach out to county lock and key, you won't be disappointed.
