After having a very bad experience with Rex Lock and Safe I called Concord Locksmith. The person who answered was so nice and professional, there was an availability in two hours. Logan came and fixed the difficult problem in no time. He was great! I highly recommend both!

The guys here are great, very helpful and went the extra mile to order the correct key for my Honda grom after they tried and failed with almost ten keys when I came in which they didn't charge me for any of. Then the correct key came in less than a week later and they made me 2 replacement motorcycle keys from my grom for less than $10

For a good locksmith do not to concord locksmith. I brought in a new front door handle one of the threads on the knob assembly got cross threaded when being installed just need to retap threads. Called day before n told me no prob they can do it went in next day guy at front desk said they dont have taps in shop to retap new threads. Guy told me my best bet is a machine shop what a joke. Went to county lock and key. The owner was there did it right on the spot dint even want to charge me. I gave him 20 bucks to at least buy him lunch point is concord locksmith dosen't care about there business n is a joke simple job for them n they couldn't do it lost a customer and then some.

I went to Concord Lock Smith without knowing if I would be able to make a duplicate key for my 1959 British car. I tried to get it done in different places since I only got one key from the previous owner of the car, but it was not successful. I was so lucky that they found the exact key just like the original to cut a 2nd key. They we very professional and friendly. I would highly  recommend this place for anyone looking to get a duplicate of a rare key

They had great speedy service at good price.
