  I was able to schedule an appointment with in a few days of calling. Scheduling a locksmith was a breeze. Operator asked all the right questions. Locksmith came with in the 2 hour windows. David gave a real assement of the issue and the potential ways to fix the locks. He was able to answer all my questions about the repair and the lock. He was able to fix and set up my lock in about 30 minutes. Thanks for your help David! Prices are reasonable. I would recommend Chicago Locksmiths.

  When I called Chicago Locksmiths the 1st point of contact was wonderful. She asked all the correct questions. I was supposed to get a call back but I waited about 17 minutes and called again. A different Operator apologized for the wait then reached out to the Driver which followed up with a called to let me know how far away here was. 10 minutes later Oscar arrived. He opened the car in less than 5 minutes. He was really cool. We chatted a bit about how I got locked out. We compared prices in Chicago versus the Suburbs. The Price was better than I expected. $25 - $35 less than what I have come across. On top of it all I was able to make it to work on time. Great service all around.

  I had to re-key my mom's apartment and called Chicago Locksmiths, the girls on the phone was prompt and courteous. Matt came out to do the work, he called and was prompt to arrive. The work turned out to be a bit more complex due to the age of the equipment (old Chicago buildings), however Matt was patient and diligent. He made several adjustments to make it easier for my 82 year old mom. When everything was done, I was very pleased with the work, the ease of locking the door. He was very neat and clean. I would highly recommend Chicago Locksmiths and Matt.
