  The technician was very kind and efficient. But, I was charged $245 to have the lock on a doorknob picked. It took him less than 5 minutes. When I had a friend call back for a quote, she was told $95 it would be in total/ no additional. As soon as I got onto the phone to speak with the manager, I was told to check the website prices (there are none). Then I was told $95 is only the starting costs. The website should reflect all of the potential costs. I would not recommend this company based only on their deceptive pricing.

  Great service, very professional company. I contacted the company for my emergency sittuation. The technician arrived promptly, open my house and even duplicate few keys for me. He guarantees himself with a life time customer.
