Worst service ever. The individual they sent announced he was an “apprentice” when he introduced himself and said he was “learning”. It only took about 5 minutes to realize he had no clue what he was doing. He kept calling a “master locksmith” to get advice. The so called master locksmith had a huge ego and also had no idea what he was doing. I tried to explain how the lock worked on my motorhome but neither would listen. After about 45 minutes of the two of them getting nowhere since they wouldn’t listen to my explanation of the locking mechanism I asked the apprentice to leave. He got huffy and said he was still working on getting the lock to disengage so I could open the door. Since he had no clue what he was doing I insisted he leave my property. I told him I would not pay the $99 fee since the company sent someone who had no experience or clue what he was doing. I ended up paying $69 for a waste of my time and getting no door unlocked. This morning I took the lock apart myself and was able to open the door. So much for a “master locksmith” knowing what he was doing. Please don’t waste your time or money with this horrible company. They certainly don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They should not be in business.

I’m so sorry you had a bad experience. Looking at our call records our manager didn’t get the chance to speak to you. Our tech that was sent to you is very qualified and has done many jobs similar to yours. They have very specific protocol in order to make sure job is done correctly. Even though you might of knew your issue better in many cases it is not what the customer insists is the issue. Im guessing after speaking to our tech that communication was considerably off. He did mention that you were aggressive toward him and I’m sure that made him feel very nervous. I’m happy you were able solve your problem your on your own.

Juan was absolutely professional from the first call till completion of a 5 hour major re-keying, lock assemblies and new hardware installations. What a great experience. Great attitude, extremely professional, definitely a 5 star operation. Thank you Juan for a very great experience. I would highly recommend this company and especially Juan.

This company was very good! Had to have my locks changed suddenly and they were very quick to respond. Juan was my technician, he showed up within 30 min, he was extremely nice, very professional, very polite. He assessed what needed to be done and got right to it. He did an excellent job installing the new locks and made me feel assured and safe. I will recommend BE SECURE to everyone I know, and I will return to them should I need their services in the future.
