  I lost the only key to a house and since we were not familiar with area locksmiths, we made a few phone calls to local services. We decided to use Affordable Lock and Key and they sent out Cris S. to get into the house for us. He was punctual, polite and extremely professional. He took care of the job quickly and for much less cost than other local services. We then took some individual locks to their shop for re-keying which was also done quickly and professionally. Their shop is well established, well run, neat and professional. The services performed there were services other locksmiths said could not be done. If you are near Ocala and need a locksmith, I highly recommend you call or visit Affordable Lock and Security!

  I was prepared to purchase a new key fob for my van when the young lady at the counter (didn't get her name) showed me what the problem was and how it could be corrected. Her pleasant demeanor and wonderful customer service resulted in my getting a new shell and key and saving over $150. Very pleased and satisfied with the interaction. I highly recommend this business.

  BEWARE! They offer no warranty on cutting keys. Technician tested key in the car door but did not in the ignition. Snippy gal behind the counter. $45 for a worthless key with NO recourse. I'd keep driving on by if I were you.
