  My dead bolt would not go back into the chamber and I was locked out of my house after a very long day’s work on Friday evening. They sent Ray out who got here very quickly. He was amazing! Fixed the door very quickly was professional and had Great customer service. I will be needing the lock on my sliding glass door fixed soon and will be requesting Remarkable Ray!! I rate him a 10!!! Wonderful service!

  I would like to take a minute and give a shout out to our tech Ray! He is professional, efficient and productive ! He is always professional and considerate of our business and our customers. He’s efficient - he works quickly and productively because he KNOWS what he is doing!! He has solved every lock issue we have had and handled every request we have asked of him. He is consistent in his quality of work and professionalism! At Celebrity’s Soul Food, Ray is the tech we want and request to handle our business locksmith needs!! His quality of work deserves a promotion!! Also a shout out to AA Loc Doc for always answering their phone during business hours and sending techs our way expediently! Thanks Ray !   Call Dave another locksmith in was told we wait 90 minutes for someone to come and unlock our vehicle after the hour and being on hold being told with music that they appreciated our patience for waiting for a multiple attempts trying to contact locksmith we had already contacted, we decided to try someone else. We called another locksmith and the phone rang and were sent to voicemail. The third attempt was calling AA Lock Doc & Security where they not only answered but once I told him our situation and how long we had already waited with the car running they they sent someone within 20 minutes to our location and has a lock to the car unlocked and we are on our way. After sitting for 4 hours I will never hesitate to pick up the phone and call AA Lock Doc & Security again. A huge thank you to Ray who was our service technician and super blessed you were working today.
