I ordered new mobile phone battery online. I have multiple phone numbers, so I had trouble with my order. I dropped off phone and was told to return in an hour. When I returned to pick up phone it was all done and worked perfectly.  I   recommend Batteries Plus in East Appleton for mobile phone replacement.  Very professional crew!

I made a battery appointment for my phone through the website. I arrived a bit early. Their was 1 gentleman ahead of me. The older cashier ignoring me and waiting on for other gentleman that entered the store before he acknowledged me. But that’s when I got my phone out then he waited on my. He seemed Irritated with me. Instead of waiting twenty min wait I had to come back in an hour.I will never go back

Horrible customer service.  Brought our phone in to get a new battery...when we picked it up, the "home" button no longer works and have a big crack down the screen under the screen protector.  They explained that the home button doesn't work - -but offered NO fix to it!   Asked for the screen to get fix and explained it is unacceptable.. and they respond, "we saw the crack in the protector, but assumed it was the protector cracked."  Did not offer to fix the screen!  Brought a perfectly good phone in to get a new battery and it was returned in HORRIBLE CONDITION, with no offer to fix it.  Awful and will never go back.
