  Was in the mud room, doing laundry. All of a sudden, I hear the door close and lock. I look through the window and there is my 3 and half year old granddaughter standing there laughing at me. She takes off, and never to be seen until Valley Lock n Security showed up a half n hour after I called them. When I got to my granddaughter, she was sleeping. The man they sent was very good and kind. I'm more than satisfied with Valley Lock & Security and I would recommend them to anyone.

  I called valley lock & security on easter Sunday after losing my key and being locked out the night before and having another locksmith come out that told me there was nothing they could do for me. He arrived quickly, got me in quickly, and gave me a new lock with new keys all for an incredible price and with the utmost professionalism. Would never call any other company for locksmith needs. He is fantastic!

  Had a broken lock and couldn't use my door. I called Valley Lock and he came in a very short time and fixed the problem. Very happy with the service.
