  Called to find out about laser cut keys close to menasha 5miles from appleton because they don't have a locksmith close automated operator gave no options just hung up

  This is the second time I have used this service. The first time the key worked once and then stopped. However, I could have tried for a refund or replacement and it was just not worth the effort because it is a small dollar item. This time, so far so good and it is nice to be able to do this without waiting for someone in the store to help like we used to have to. I recommend this!
