  I was referred to Steve from Automotive Key Experts when I purchased a "new to me" vehicle that only came with one key. I gave Steve a call and he came right out and made me a second key. He was also able to clear out the key that didn't come with the truck, which gave me some peace of mind that no one could walk up to it with the missing key and drive it away. I have recommended him and would use him again for any future work.

  My son drove up from Austin during the worst winter snow storm East Texas has seen in over a century. He lost his truck key out in the woods while chopping firewood and was stranded for 8 days. The only place that was willing to gladly help was Steve Portie with Automotive Key Experts. He came out to Bivins, Texas even when the roads were still patchy with snow and ice in some areas. He was a real life hero during a stressful time. Highly recommend this business as they will serve the entire Ark La Tex unlike others!!!
