Wow! What an experience! First time I called the gentleman was so polite on the phone and was upfront with pricing. We had lost keys to one of our safes and could not get into it. After calling many different lock companies no one would ever get back to us. Well the service here was top notch, customer service was fantastic and we were welcomed as we came in. We had such a wonderful experience with the staff here I will definitely be purchasing my next safe from them! Thank you for your service and thank you for helping us when no one else would!

Super kind gentleman working here. My fiance had broke the key to her car last night and I showed 30 min EARLY, and they graciously brought me in and made a copy from the two broken pieces and it worked like a BOSS!! DEFINETLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE! ID GIVE A 10 OUT OF 10!!!

Awesome shop that helped us out big time when in a pinch with a almost 100 year old lock on a old house. Lock was broken and not allowing us to shut our front door. They did great work, and fixed our immediate issue, plus fixed/returned the lock to full functionality. Highly recommend.

I have been enjoying the services of Atlasta for more than 12 years, both as a landlord and as a HOA manager, for residential services and light commercial equipment. They are professional and reliable, both as a brick-and-mortar locksmith (with warehouse for parts) and on-site jobs. Prices are reasonable and professional integrity is consistent.

Had my roofrack keys for my car stolen and didn't have the code for replacements. Were able to make new ones within 30 minutes.

The guy who helped me was there in like 20 minutes and made a new key on spot after I lost mine. He was a cool guy. Wish I remembered his name so I could highlight him.

Disappointed.  They have a lot of knowledge and expertise but their customer service is poor.  One of the main characters behind the counter should not be in retail - his answers are often condescending or just straight rude.  Another person doesn’t return calls or show up on time or make good keys.  I had to Come twice to get a key made and then it didn’t work (not too unusual) so I took it back and left it for the day and was told I’d receive a call.  Never got the call.  Came back the next day to find nothing had been done.  I paid a lot for this special key and still don’t have a working key.
