Made a phone call to make a service request for a store. Person in the office is nice. I told him I don't need emergency service and he said he is able to send someone in an hour. The tech show up 4 hr latter and quoted $275 for service + $600 for repair parts. He also in the call mentioned we call him for quotes a few times but never get back to them. I answered because we found other people that can do it cheaper. and he still charge me $275 for checking. I deal with a lot of vendors and I wouldn't trust this company. Update) the manager (which is the tech went on site) called and explain the charge of 125 trip charge +150 for opening the lock. That made me feel he is just naming his price and don't trust him even more. At the end he said how much I think it's far and refund me the rest. I wouldn't trust the company. very bad experience.

Worst technician phone experience so far. Trying to get a quote on how much a residential lockout would be, told me $125 just to come out to my home. Called back to say that was too much for me and the technician gave me major attitude and said “good luck finding a lower price in the city”. Even if that’s true, the attitude set me off against their business forever. Maybe if I could get a estimate for a house call before the technician starts to come to my house, there wouldn’t be so much undeserved animosity. Either way, not cool.

I went to take the trash out and forgot my keys. I realized just as the door was closing that the bottom lock was locked and I was stranded in the hallway with nothing but my cell phone. I called Premier Locksmith and Security because it had high ratings on Google. The man who answered the phone was pleasant and said he would have a technician call me within a few minutes. I asked him how much it would cost just to have the door opened (there would be no re-keying or removal of locks) and he quoted me $29 for the service call and another $35 to open the door. I thought it seemed reasonable to pay $64 dollars, since I had to be at work soon. The technician called, and was also very friendly. He quoted me a 15 minute wait and showed up promptly, and we went upstairs to my door. He said, "This is going to cost $153.00." I was shocked! I explained to him that the man on the phone had quoted me $64, and that seemed very reasonable, but I couldn't really afford $153. I was pretty upset. This didn't seem to matter one bit to the technician. He pulled out a long metal bar, slid it under the door and opened it- just like that. The whole entire job took less than 20 seconds. I was charged more than double what I was quoted for a job that literally took, drive time included, less than 20 minutes of this guy's time. He walked away smiling with my hard-earned money and I am left feeling cheated. There is no better feeling than being taken advantage of in a time of need. I would absolutely not use this business again in the future.
