Gordon was responsive and timely. My doors are all old and have special hardware so the "look" was as important as the function. He had to do some retrofitting but he was extremely knowledgeable and proved to be a master craftsman. He also installed deadbolts that look like they had been there forever. Thanks to him, I feel safe and secure. He is truly a joy to work with and I highly recommend his services. Kate Stalter-Mastro

I highly recommend American Veteran Lock and Key. Gordon was very responsive and went above and beyond with his service. Setting the appointment was easy and communication was excellent. If you want an honest professional that has experience… this is the right man for the job! Highly recommend this business. In fact, I already had to use his service twice in one day!
