  If Chris can’t do it , no one can!!! I wish this was the first company I called when I accidentally locked myself out of the house. I called farragut locksmith this morning and they sent out a guy who spent 2 hours trying to pop 3 different locks. He said he wasn’t equipped for our tough locks. I lost hope, went on NextDoor for a recommendation with I found ASL. Chris came out in a pretty timely manner. And popped the lock in 8 minutes! Wooohooo! He was professional but very efficient and fast. He saved the day. AND, he was cheaper than what the first guy quoted me- $55 cheaper!!!! So absolutely would give them 10 gold stars if I could. Hopefully this never happens again, but I know the guy to call!

  I got two new keypad locks replace. Chris was quick to respond, very personable, did an excellent job, and explained all the details of each lock to my satisfaction. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable! I will definitely use Advanced Security Locksmiths if I ever have a need again.

  Ben, the owner, was very knowledgeable about Mercedes. Professional service as well as a sense of humor! Ben explained the process of his key making expertise! Not only that beings I lost the first key the cost for a second key was significantly less (Mercedes key’s are quite expensive due to coding). Thank you for your service as well as hospitality! Would definitely recommend Advanced Security to any and everyone!
