  It was convenient while shopping in the grocery store. The duplicate keys were accurate and worked perfectly in the locks. The keys were a little rough around the edges but that was easily remedied. This offering was more expensive than other less convenient options, such as a hardware store or locksmith shop. It is sometimes difficult to evaluate convenience and cost

  I had 2 keys cut at a local hardware store. Neither worked. I brought them back twice for re cuts, not one of the six worked. I found this company at a local grocery store, and had both keys and one other to be duplicated. All keys worked. I may pay more, but I won’t have any key cut anywhere else.

  It could have been that I did not place the key to be copied correctly, but all three copies would not work. I IM'd the support staff and they promptly gave my money back. The machine itself could be improved by letting the user know when the key's been placed correctly.
