I always get greeted with happy and friendly welcomes. Super helpful staff and they just love my dog too, she now knows when I pull into the parking lot she will be getting pets and treats. I am in the middle of renovating my new place and I am learning so much DIY to do's!! They will be seeing a lot of me!

I love coming here because they have a good selection, prices are fair and everyone that works there is always so helpful and friendly.  It is also locally owned and I love supporting them!

Great place friendly staff and huge selection got my mr heater flex there just recently price was fair will be back in sure sooner or later .

I would not recommend taking any chainsaw to get a repair ,they had tricked and took advantage of an elderly man and said his chainsaw was bad so he had to buy new one. When we had gotten home chainsaw had not been worked on or even looked at because it has a hole in gas line and very Clear to see to a mechanic. Make sure you take your stuff somewhere that actually try’s to fix it

The Ace hardware store located in Eagle Point is an okay place to shop and do business.
They also have a tool rental counter there in the back. And they do offer some repair services also.
They're conveniently located right off of highway 62 almost next door to the super Walmart.
The owner is Kent, and his kids Colleen and Scott are the managers there.
All in all, a little overpriced, but definitely very convenient if you don't want to drive into Medford.
Stop by and check them out, you just might like them!
