I needed a battery for Sony Camera and Batteries Plus Bulbs came through, with a great battery and cheaper than at competitor stores. To my surprise and glee when plugged it in the battery was already charged! Also the fact that there is a store that exclusively sells batteries warns my soul. Shopping here made my week. I will be back. For more batteries. And good times.

Bought a battery for my Harley in June of 2021.. 3 months later it failed. After checking the battery the Medford Oregon store warrantied it. All was fine until 2 weekends ago. The battery failed again and I bought another battery from Batteries plus in Bend Oregon( on a ride)because the representative stated the battery needed a full charge in order to warranty it. When I came back home to Medford Oregon I brought it in and the owner of the store stated the battery tested good and was unable to warranty it. I said I guess I’ll pull the good battery out and store it and put the other one back in and get it to fail again, and she stated one warranty per battery and there was nothing they could do. There is nothing on their paperwork stating that and I called another Batteries Plus and the person who answered the phone said that they have never heard of that policy. The owner made it out to be that they never have issues so I googled Batteries Plus complaints and yeah… lots of the same issues. Super disappointed in their service. Rant ended.

Great staff. Made it easy to find the right battery. I needed the wierd engine restart battery for my hybrid crosstrek. They helped me get the old one out,and put in the new one! Very good service here.
