  I wanted to copy a key fob. Asked if I wanted a dealership fob of other. Told them dealership. The took my contact info. They didn't can call for a month. I followed up myself. The reason they didn't call was they didn't get the dealership fob. Never called dealership if and when they would get it. Never called me to offer an alternative like use the other brand or have the service done at the dealership. I can understand a woops but they made it he!! in a hand basket.

  I lost my keys and with only a half hour left of them being closed I raced in to get a key made for my car. A newer employee cut the key. Unfortunately when I got to my vehicle the key did not work and by this time the office had closed. I left a message with their answering service with my concerns and was called within the half hour. Brad, the managercame back to the office on his own time and cut me a new key. . A-1 is the example of a small business with a heck of a lot of integrity that you just don't get with the big box stores. I highly recommend them. thank you Brad, from the bottom of my heart.

  Can't believe I've driven by this place a thousand times and never noticed what was in there. Just bought a used Ford truck with one key. Bought some OEM replacement keys online to save money. They were able to cut and program them without issue. Short 10 minutes wait while they programmed the keys and I was on my way. They only charged me $34 total for BOTH keys!!!!! Ford dealership wouldn't cut a key that wasn't bought from them and it was going to be $52 PER key to program!!! WOW is all I can say. Just found my new locksmith. Call these guys before you waste your money on the dealership. Saved me 70 BUCKS!!!! Thanks A-1!!! Update: Just went in there again today with an ignition switch, and NO Key, from a 1971 golf cart, and they were able to get me 2 keys made in like 10 MINUTES!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!?!?!?! Talk about superior service!!! These guys are super pros!
