There's a lot of negativity around retail customer service lately. Every time I step into this Noonans, someone greets me and asks how they can help me. I don't have to walk around big aisles of boxes and hardware searching for that little thing I need. They walk me to it and I'm in and out of there in no time. It's easy and friendly.

They have an old fashioned soda section with lots of flavors to choose from in glass bottles. And the rental guys (why no gals?) are very informative and will help you choose what tools you need for your project, not just rent you the most expensive.
