  My excellent experience started with the fast response to my online inquiry. I appreciated the easy, online appointment service - and the appointment was the very next day. The communication leading up to Dallas arrival was outstanding. He contacted me about 30 minutes in advance, and then arrived exactly on time. Dallas was knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. And polite. And just darn pleasant! He completed the garage door repair and explained what he had done, and why. Then he applied lubricant to all the hinges and springs - an extra I wasn't expecting.

  We had an issue with our door closing and locking. It wasn't a total emergency, so I wasn't expecting same day service, but I was given a window that fit my schedule, and a technician called as expected within that same day window. David from salt lake city locksmith was great and did a quick fix that saved us a lot of money, had we needed to replace entire door or lock. He was also super friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this company, as the follow through was spot on, and the problem solving as well.

  Outstanding service all around! Din gave me a call 15 minutes before his arrival. The fact that he arrived within the first hour of the 4 hour window was very much appreciated. After assessing my situation, Din explained the problem clearly and simply and offered two solutions: a lower cost option and a higher cost option. No high-pressure upselling, just presented the facts and let me decide.Din and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently. They were both extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend salt lake locksmith Garage Door Service.
