They were professional. Found the proper key code for my car. The dealer had not made correct keys. They saved the day.

They are very professional. I always go here when I need a new key. They made a key for my new car which I did not know anybody but the dealer could do. They were much much less expensive than the dealer.

Sean came to our home and was awesome.
He gave us options and really worked hard to make us satisfied. He was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. We actually called his direct competition and they were completely the opposite. Not only was YE Ole 1/4 the cost of Edward Mangoine, they were so much more accommodating. They gave us options and did the job as promised.

VERY GOOD FOR: Making Keys, Lockouts, Installing Brand New Knobs, Locks & Deadbolts, Making Keys on-site.

Very Knowledegeable in these areas also.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR REPLACING
Knobs, Locks & Deadbolts. They rush & take parts not used to discard, without using ALL the parts. The one piece they did replace with a Gold piece, but my new lock is Pewter. DOES NOT MATCH.

They REPLACED several for me over 6 years, then when I noticed holes in the inside of the threshold & requested (3 times on phone & 3 times in person) to bring the parts & install them as they were PAID IN FULL to do, the guy said "Saturday" all 3 times, NEVER showed or called.

I will NO longer use their services.

Great experience getting our locks changed. Called and made an appointment in the same week, very professional, reasonable priced and efficient while they worked. All the locks were changed, including 2 sliders. Highly recommended

Locked myself out of my house this afternoon with 2 toy poodle puppies inside having a FIT. Called and after explaining situation, they sent a technician within 30 minutes. He had door open within 10 minutes and all was well. Would highly recommend this company!!

If I could give them no stars at all I would. I ordered locks from this company. It took a couple of months for the locks to come in, which is understandable, however, they were supposed to be installed. I basically BEGGED them to come and install the locks. Week after week went by with little communication. I sent e mails, I called... finally in my last email I told them I need the locks, over four months is way too long to wait. I haven't heard a work since... How busy can you be????

I've had good luck here in the past but they didn't seem to be listening to me on this trip. I just wanted a key cut for my car so I could use it to open the door. Didn't need programming or anything else and I had the blank.
