Wanted to have a fire extinguisher filled. Had to speak to Kristen for a price. Was told that I had to leave a message and she would call me back. Five hours later, still no call. I called again, explained the situation and was told to leave another message. I said no, and asked if anyone else could give me a price. Lady said she would transfer me to George, the department manager and he could get me a price. Came back and said that I would have to leave a message.
Excellent way to do business. Never again!

Another great experience with Westminster Fire Extinguisher Company.  Barry came out and took care of all our emergency lights.  We needed an electrician to finish the job. Locksmith was an hr late did get the safe open the First Lady that I talked to was very nice 👍 believe her name is Kim. The next lady Karen I’ll use that work loosely lady totally disrespectful she really needs more phone training. I wish I could play the message she left on my phone more training or fine a new line of work

Mr. Wright, I am sorry you feel this way.  I did check with our technician and he arrived on the job at 8:20 am, 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival time.  He felt he opened the safe fairly quickly, and the older gentleman that was there said to give you a call for payment.  Karen is normally very kind and goes out of her way for customers. I am sorry she was not like that with you.  I hope you will give us a chance in the future to show you that we are a pleasant company to do business with. Guys are great!! Jerry was on point. The other "local" companies did not even want to be bothered or charged so much, I wanted to stop making carbonated beverages. I bought a 20lb take on Amazon for a $100 and free shipping on prime. Filled it at Westminister FE for less than $20 .

Called several "local" companies for a C02 refill. One guy wanted $115 for a 5lb tank and $25 to fill it up would be a week or more before they could do the test. The other guy was $85 for a 5lb tank and 25 to fill with only tank return.

I have been going to WFX Fire (Westminster) for years to get CO2 tanks refilled. Aside from excellent prices, they have fantastic customer service. You won't be disappointed.

Don't try this company for anything employment related! You'll be sorry!!! UPDATE: I don't recall stating that my last name is Walker. I don't put my personal information on the internet. I would surmise to say that the scenario that I described previously would make it obvious who I am. It's amusing that you're suggesting that I'm confused about whom I worked for or something like that. In 2009: I worked for Bob at Westminster Fire Extinguisher at the Airport Drive location. I am content with leaving it at that at this time. Leaving reviews on Google is pointless if the owner can just have any negative review removed for no reason.

Mr. Walker, We are sorry your employment did not work out with whomever you worked for.  However we have never had an employer with the name of Walker.  We take all our employees very serious and have had many employees that have worked for us many years and have been happy with what we do for them.  We wish you happiness for your future.
