  I was transferred thru some locksmith call center or something. So, the experience seemed weird because I guess it's like a referral line. Then, I had to give my info and wait for a callback. It did not take long b4 I received a call and Tyler arrived in less than 30 min. The tech was very nice, friendly and wore a mask the entire time which I thought was very respectful. I was a bit surprised with such a massive expense but I needed my office desk drawer opened. ($20/show up, $60/service, $86 w/ tax <1hr time) And, I still had to pay additional $11 to buy new key elsewhere from a company he provided a link which I thought was nice. Overall, I would still recommend them, but be prepared to pay.

  I will recommend WEM Locksmith Services to anyone who needs it. They are completely professional, available even during the holidays, and take several minutes to fix, repair, or replace the locks. This is my third time calling them for help, and as always, they never disappoint.

  I needed locks re-keyed on five doors, so I called them. They wore masks and took all of the appropriate precautions. I'm grateful for their assistance...
