  Great service. Came in for a repair, he wished me good morning, and was able to fix my grandfathers watch in no time. Real quality work, pointed out some things I did not even notice. I could have it repairs anywhere but I come here with my trusted, sentimental items because you can tell they do such honest work.

  I called in advance about having a jump ring soldered on a bail, simple, was given a quote over the phone, came in the next day to get my piece fixed, was greeted by this old man, he tried to basically pull some slick stuff. He acted like he had no idea what he was doing, while holding my diamond cross with over 2 karts in diamonds he says (do you want this part back?) (The bail with a 3 half karat diamond set in it in 18k gold) I immediately got a bad vibe and asked for my jewelry back and left im assuming the old man thought i didn't know what i was talking about and tried to act dumb in order to work one over on me, i left pretty angry when i told him what needed done he coped an attitude with me maybe they do good on watches but don't like say you can do it and than act like that, my experience was really horrible

  I had links taking out of my watch so it would fit me ...he was friendly, fast service and fair price I would recommend this as a very excellent place to get get something repaired.
