  Overall was a positive experience. A few minor critiques. The machine I used didn't have or didn't recognize my standard house key, so couldn't get it duplicated. Tried it twice and received two different error messages as to why it couldn't be duplicated? Need a larger variety of blanks, and or adjust the machines so they recognize the keys better. Secondly, processed keys had brass burrs from the process. Would be helpful for a quick burnishing process to remove the burrs?

  I ordered a duplicate house key after a failed replacement from the local hardware store. I got a cute Jack Skellington design. Best thing about it all, IS THE KEY WORKS PERFECTLY! I am very glad I took the time to use the Minute Key Kiosk!
