Great store that I frequent on a regular basis. Staff are typically very friendly and helpful. It’s not a big box store but I find they almost always have what I need for a small project. Napa being in the same building makes it that much better!

Give them a shot, so much better shopping experience seeing familiar faces that actually know about what they sell. Much better than the Lowe’s and Home Depot’s of the world...

This is our favorite hardware store.  They have most of what we need, all of the time, the prices are good.  Best of all is great staff.

I shop at Best for three reasons   1 They have a large inclusive stock of items.     2  the staff greet you and ask if need help finding the item you are after.    3  John the manager will stop what he is doing and help the customers if all the staff is busy helping other customer.

I have always been pointed in the right direction by friendly and knowledgeable staff and left with what I in came for. The prices appear competitive, the staff seem to put my interests above profit, and I certainly enjoy the atmosphere more than that of a big box store. 5/5!

I stopped in store to shop for paint. Asked a man behind the desk by main entrance for help. He told me to go to the paint department. I couldn't get any help. He just sat there on his lazy rear end and cared less about customer service. I will never go back to Best. Ace down the street has better service.  This happened on Aug 9th 2019.

Big store...Huge inventory. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. My favorite place to go to find solutions to unusual problems. Just found new link for a chain on a 30+ yr old 4 Honda 4 wheeler. Never disappointed here. If you time it right you can get help from the owners chocolate lab!

The employees at Washington's are all top notch. Mike Gorsuch is an outstanding human. He is a better parts guy than he is a human.

Such a great staff, always seeing what they can do to help you and help with whatever project you have going on! The inventory is pretty good too, they don’t always have what you need but do most the time.
