  Do not waste your money folks. If you have the time, order replacement keys on Amazon and have the dealership program it for you. That's what I ultimately had to do after working with these jokers. My story: I called this locksmith after I lost my car key because of their good reviews. Unfortunately, the technician could not program the key to unlock or remote start my vehicle. He tells me I need to pay 70 dollar service fee and another 80 dollars for pulling the vehicle code to cut the key even though he could not make a key for me after trying for 20 minutes. It took me 5 minutes to research that there are identical looking keys for two generations of dodge trucks, but with different computer chips in them. I am guessing this is why his key failed because he did not have the right key. Anyways, I paid him 70 dollars plus a tip for the service fee, since I was 20 miles from Westerville. I asked him to check the shop for a different key thinking the one he brought was defective. I did not receive a call, so I called and left a voice message. I called again the next day explaining my situation and that I would like someone to come back and try another key. The dispatcher said he would talk to his boss and call me back. I heard nothing. Next, I drove down to their office which is listed on Google. Apparently, they rent the space there but never come to the office. Sounds shady, right? As stated earlier, I ultimately had three keys which I bought online cut from the dealership for 180 dollars instead of the 380 dollars they were going to charge me. I am glad they were incompetent after all otherwise I would have paid double.

  I called this company when I was locked out of my black truck and the guy Zadra responded with in 20-25 min and I was surprised with the professionalism and efficiency of his skills, He helped me to unlock my car with out any damage and saved me from getting locked out in a cold ,Thank u Zadra 🤘🤘

  I locked my key in my car. When I called, response me are quick and arrived on timely manner. The guy is very helpful and fast. Their price is very fair comparison to others with the service that they provide. If you may need to get locksmith I would greatly recommend you to get their great services .
