  Stopped in to get information and was dismissed. Totally unhelpful and was shooed away with instructions to email my questions. Customer service is laughable. Looking to get our new house rekeyed with digital locks and new exterior and storm doors but we look forward to going somewhere else. Looks like a lot of recent negative reviews about the customer service, so if they don’t change their attitude I imagine a sharp decline in business is coming soon. Good luck, though!

  The lock this company installed lasted less than two months. When I called and informed them of the shoddy service, I was told the warranty was for thirty days. While the work was being done, the technician told me he was using salvaged parts. I wasted over $160 for inferior parts and inferior workmanship . An appropriate thought would be: For Pete's sake, Go to Fred's instead!

  Had what was needed to fix lock on older door. First interaction was not the best but in the end, the gentleman was able to help a great deal with repairing the locks on older interior door.
