Highly recommended. We purchased a beautiful antique hutch for our dining room, but it did not have any keys. Bruce was able to provide keys and clean up the lock, so it worked perfectly. Service was done very quickly as well.

I contacted them about a safe I wanted open. I was told by Bruce that he needed to do some research on it first. I reached out three weeks later, he said he put it on the back burner and never got back to it. Told him no worries. Reached out almost three weeks later only to be ghosted.

All of this is true. But, the ghosting was unintentional and I apologize for that. I thought since I hadn't been able to follow through on the request, our conversation was over.  My sincerest apologies to you for the ghosting and the inability to meet your request. Bruce

Bruce was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was quick to visit and able to troubleshoot to come up with a solution on-site. He's incredibly personable,  knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend to anyone. Truly a peace of mind experience!

Just bought a new pickup truck and locked the only set of keys inside truck. It was cold outside that morning and when I called victory locksmithing to get my truck door open and if it was possible to get their assistance for this issue, he told me that he could make entry to vehicle door to retrieve my keys and would head right to my location 30 minutes later the gentleman had my truck opened up, was very friendly and professional with me. I would recommend this business if a locksmiths the answer to your issues at hand. Thank you

We have an older house and our locks were very unique. This caused him to have to drive over an hour to get a very unique part he wasn't expecting to need. He did this without hesitation. Very pleased! Would recommend to a friend!
