  I called this place around 8:10pm because I had locked myself out of my vehicle and it was running. The lady I talked to was nice on the phone and she told me someone picked up the call and would be getting ahold of me shortly to give me an ETA of when they would be there. 20 minutes later they text me and said no one was available and I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. It was 6° outside but felt like -5°.
