  I needed a copy of a key that's a little more difficult than usual keys. It did take them 2 tries to get it right however it cost me half the price compared to AAA hardware which my coworker went to get the exact same key copied. They weren't kidding with the name "value" locksmith.

  These guys are always friendly and helpful. If they can do the job, they will and it will cost less than you expect. If they can't, they'll tell you, so you don't spend unnecessary money. Another tip: if you need a key made and can take the core to them, it'll be far cheaper than calling someone out to your place.

  These guys are just the best! I broke a key in a deadbolt and went in the store inquiring about getting it fixed. The owner(?) took a look at the pics I showed him, asked me to bring in the cylinder with the broken key, then gave me a new one, AND new keys, AND showed me how to relatch the deadbolt. AND HE DID IT ALL FOR FREE. No matter how many times I tried to insist on paying for the cylinder, plate and keys. I did everything he said and it worked like a charm. I could have been sold anything and I would have bought it as i didn't know any better, but these folks showed amazing kindness and customer service. My locksmith for life!
