  I have had a few dealings with Lock and Key now, initially to cut me keys that could not be done in a regular key cutters but that I had lost the codes for and they were brilliant. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We have since then purchased better quality locks for our doors and once again the service has been first class. Delivery is always really quick and secure and on time. We have recently returned an item that was the wrong size and once again we had no problems, quick courteous service and a refund with no problems. I would most definitely recommend Lock and Key as a supplier/provider to anyone.

  It was straightforward to make an appointment to have the lock to the front door changed. The locksmith arrived promptly at the time arranged, having phoned half an hour before to make sure we were ready. The lock was quickly replaced based on the expert advice of the locksmith. Not only did he replace the lock but also adjusted the alignment of the door so that it closed more easily. There was no extra charge for this. Although labour was expensive the service overall was good and the locksmith was polite and courteous.

  I hired Locksmith Services to change the locks on a recently purchased home So, Replaced damaged hinges on my door $120 , Team arrived on time, gave me a correct and systematic quote for the work I needed done, and finished speedily. Their work was wonderful. I had him replace three locks, including one in a 10-year-old door/hardware. T
