This was a very pleasant surprise today. I wanted a second key fob made for my car and Upkeep quoted about $100 cheaper than the dealer. They arrived within 30 minutes at my house and their service was excellent. Adam, the technician, was particularly great to work with. He was very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this company.

I called almost 10 companies and all of them said they can’t make the key to my 2008 Dodge Sprinter and they said to go to dealer because it’s Mercedes and I spoke to upkeep and they said they can come tomorrow and they came at 11:30 am on time. They worked on my far and made me a new key and it only took them less than one hour to make me a Brand new key. Very professional and I will be using them again and recommend them to my friends

I lost the key for my rental car, and the rental car agency contacted Upkeep Locksmith Services. Upkeep contacted me and said they'd have someone meet me at my car in 45 minutes. The locksmith Hafiz arrived right on time. He had a whole key shop inside his truck, and had the key I needed, and made me a new key on the spot using the VIN number of my rental car. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. I was also able to pay by credit card on the spot. Hafiz was very polite and professional!

When I got locked out of my car I called. Sami was super quick getting here. He was super helpful and genuinely cared that I got back into my car even though it was difficult. He was great! Would recommend!

My garage keypad failed after 11 pm, upon return from walking the dog.  The doors to the house were securely locked.   Upkeep Locksmith  responded to my phone call  immediately and a  locksmith arrived at my home  within 20 minutes.  The locksmith was  professional,  personable and competent.  He replaced the dead bolt and the door knob of my mud room entrance in record time. I  was extremely pleased  and relieved!  My great thanks to the young  locksmith !  I am sorry I do not have record of his name but he deserves accolades -- (a clue -- he is preparing for his RN certification)

The tech I dealt with was Adam, he got to my vehicle (2015 F-150) on time, very professional and knowledgeable knows exactly what he was doing and got the job done. Phenomenal customer service! Very polite and informative over the phone. Adam called just a few minutes after our call to get a key fob programmed for our car to confirm the address and provide an ETA which was very accurate! Once he arrived he called to let us know, and got it done in just a few minutes! Blown away! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met and though I hope I don’t run into this issue again, I would call Upkeep in an instant and be confident that our problem will be solved quickly, kindly, and also affordable. Amazing!

We lost our car key today and Adam was here within an hour to help us out.  He was super polite, provided great service, and very kindly came back to help program the old one once we found it.  We will definitely be using Upkeep again should we need a locksmith!
