  Scott came out to rekey our locks. He was prompt, very professional, and helpful. He pointed out some maintenance issues with one of our doors, and even tried to fix it himself. He did a great job with the locks, and they are all very smooth and easy to use. Thank you for another great job!

  I cannot thank Spencer's Safe & Locksmith enough (Scott as well). I had locked my keys in my car at the courthouse and had no phone so I was relying on strangers to allow me to call and there was no way for them to call me back. They hung in there until they found me. I would highly recommend them for all of your safe and locksmith needs. Professional but also caring.

  I initially wrote a bad review but I’m updating with new information. They had issues re-programming my auto remote which I was able to quickly get reprogrammed at a different locksmith. They charged me $20 for their attempt which I totally disagreed with. I left and called them a few days later and explained that the remote was easily programmed by another locksmith and they quickly refunded my money. Overall they were very nice and completed the work however I was not happy that I had to pay for something that didn’t work initially
