  So glad this local business survived the pandemic. The staff was friendly and knew exactly what to do. I needed a key copy made for my multi-lock key and this store could do it unlike home depot and other hardware stores.

  Excellent service by Nelson the technician that was sent to repair the broken cylinder of our lock. He was efficient, polite and thankful that we chose Umbrella Locksmith. From the initial phone call to set up the appointment through the service call, the customer service was superb. Price was fair considering the scope of the project.

  Long overdue! Ami came to our apartment which at the time was under construction and made recommendations. We wanted new locks for the front door, peek hole and new hardware (also a safe).He immediately forwarded a proposal along with links of what he was recommended. His serviceman came on time, worked neatly and we could not have been happier. I would highly recommend this company!
