  Super service, very competent and friendly technician who informed me in advance about precise costs very transparently. Short waiting time which is very nice when you are literally and figuratively locked out and standing in the hallway in socks... within less than 20 minutes the locksmith was there. With good tools and a professional fast approach - costs are high, but that is the case with every complete lock replacement ... also after sales very good - had a few questions and they were answered neatly and quickly.

  super professional, responsive, fast and skilled. I made an appointment for the next morning to get a very old lock replaced.They charged only $85.He arrived promptly and was very polite and helpful. We had a nice chat throughout. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
