  I never wrote reviews but Tyler’s pulled on my heart strings. I am expecting a baby in a couple weeks. We locked our keys in the car right before an appointment. The exceptional service I received are not enough for words. They came right away and well before my appointment. Within minutes ( if that) they opened our doors. If you decide to choose anyone, choose Tyler’s. Bennie, you are the greatest. Another great businesses in Jefferson City.

  The lady working the front desk was extremely rude and not very thoughtful about making a key. The man that I talk to was cheerful and great. He told me he would be able to make me a key no problem. Whenever I showed up I was not greeted by that joyful Ness. She was supposed to make me a key for my toolbox. And she said we’re not guarantee keys. Made me pay for a key that did not even work and did not try a second time to even clean it up a little bit. Would not recommend coming here ever again for any small knees or large knees that I’ll ever have .
