  It was easy to order the key I needed and because of that and a nice discount offered at the kiosk, I got 2 keys. They arrived a day early. Should I need another key made, this will be my choice.

  Copied door lock keys. In the past, I have used this service and several of the keys did NOT work. I was given credit for the keys, but it is terribly frustrating to make keys and they don't work and then I have to go somewhere to have keys made. And, why does it cost more to "upgrade"? Shouldn't the keys be made as good as possible in the first place? I really like the convenience when it works! Miss Minute Key - seemed faster and never had an issue with keys not working.
